I was referring to Direct TV Now, it was horrible on both the iPhone and the
Apple TV. I thought updates would maybe fix the issues, but that never
happened. When I finally gave up on it, it was because I could not get it to
work by myself and I really hate having to ask a sighted person to set my TV
channel that I am interested in watching. I am super happy with Spectrum
because I can use all of the features on the iPhone and the Apple TV without
asking for help.

If you are talking about traditional Direct TV, If you have ghe Genie
receiver, it is accessible with their talking guide. About the only thing
you can’t do is some of the settings.
If you are talking about the IPhone app, it is totally accessible.
If you ar talking about Direct TV Now, as I stated earlier, the IPhone app
is totally accessible, and the Apple TV app is accessible except for the
guide...and if you work at it real hard you can get some of it to read. I
had DTN back when they first came out with it, and it was totally
accessible, so hopefully they will fix the ATV app.
In my area Spectru is $21.99 .. plus $3 for local subscriber fees .. and
then local taxes ..

When we had Direct TV, I as a blind user could not use it myself. Yes, you
do get more channels with other services, but if the accessibility is
horrible, like it was with Direct TV, I would much rather pay the amount
for Spectrum since it is something I can use without sighted assistance
than to pay $40 for Direct TV and have to ask someone with sight to work
it for me.

I love the Spectrum app and service. We have the Spectrum choose 10 and it
works very well on my iPhone and on my Apple TV. I have tried Direct TV
