I can almost guaranty that the there is something going on either with the
connection to the hearing aids or with volume. When you don't get volume, do
you wear your hearing aids at that time? The other day I got all frustrated
because suddenly my phone was silent, then I remembered that my Bluetooth
earpiece had run out of battery and I plugged it in to charge without having
first turned it off. Once it had some charge it turned on and the phone
connected to it. It was 20 feet away in the kitchen so of course I could not
hear Voiceover which was happily speaking through the earpiece.

No I didn't get that email, the funny thing is that when I got my new pair of
hearing aids sometimes the phone would work with them in and not when I took
them out. maybe it has something to do with that. I will ask the hearing aid
person as she is coming on monday. and tomorrow I won't use them at all and see
if it happens. thanks for your help and the funny remark.
Janet

Is it pregnant? Maybe morning sickness?
Joking aside, did you read my email about volume, using a headset and have you
tried that?

Regards,
Sieghard

What kind of iPhone do you have, Janet? Do you think it could need to be
replaced?

Best regards,

Carolyn
