Who is offering you that deal? Is it a private sale? I would question why this person is selling the watch and you should ask them for the exact model and/or serial number. I assume that just as with an iPhone you can use that information to look up information about the device. I remember Terri from somewhere in the US who once said she got a really good deal on I think it was an iPhone SE and then it turns out the phone had been reported as stolen, was black listed and it was nothing more than a paperweight.
