Hello,
Are you trying to connect it from the bluetooth settings menu or from 
voiceovers accessibility settings? In order to connect the display you need to 
go into the accessibility settings. Once in there open up the voiceover 
settings and go to braille. In this section is where you need to pair the 
display.
