I use the Grubhub app but it's very difficult to use. Sometimes they don't even 
show up for the deliveries anymore. I tried to sign up for DoorDash but I 
couldn't get past filling in my address. I fill in the address and 
instructions, press Done, and it still won't let me go any further or show me 
menus. I couldn't get it to work on my computer, either. What am I missing?

In 2013 the app was much better when I had been working with the developer, but 
then the company switched developers, got with Seamless, and my messages were 
ignored.

Unfrotunately Grubhub used to be great with accessibility with heading 
navigation built in throughout the app. They broke this a few years ago and 
since have continued to spiral downhill with accessibility. I used to be a huge 
fan of the app, as they would respond to accessibility fix requests, but they 
stopped doing this. Hopefully you might have the app Door Dash in your area as 
it is much more accessible. You can try contacting Grubhub, but I have tried 
for years through contacting them and blasting them on Twutter, and basically 
they just could care less. Sorry for the not so great news. Best, Brian
