Hello Terri, First, Shortcuts will not, at present anyway, run automatically.
Second, as far as I know, there are only 3 ways to activate a shortcut: 1. >From within the Shortcuts app, itself, you can launch the shortcut. 2. You can add an audio label so you can tell Siri to launch the shortcut. 3. You can add the shortcut to the Today screen and simply single-finger, double-tap it from there in order to have it launched. I use the third method. You created two shortcuts? I'm curious, what do they do? Who knows, there may be those on the list who may benefit from them.
