Well, I have an iPhone 7 Plus, although there’s no Sim card in it, so it’s 
really like a big iPod. I just updated, and I’m not having any issues. What 
makes you think it’s your lightning port? I’m sure you must have something, but 
it wasn’t clear to me from your message what led you to that conclusion.
