Thanks for the reply. In the past I have purchased my phones from the Apple Store in Chicago, and they have been very helpful in transferring everything for me. The new phone was purchased from the Apple Store online, and I am 3 hours away from Chicago. If they had the SE, I would have made the trip and purchased it there. I have never figured out how to use iTunes. But I’ll see if I can get some help with that from a friend. Or, that might be a good excuse for my son to come for a visit. The best way to get everything from your current phone to the new phone is to do an encrypted backup on a computer through iTunes and then restore that backup to the new device.
