Exactly, it's all speculation and who cares. They announced it won't happen and 
that's that. All the speculation about people being upset and all that is also 
just over-rated. It's a very small percentage of all people who will be upset, 
they are the ones who keep tabs on this type of stuff. The other 95% or more 
probably don't even know Apple was working on this and happily go on with their 
lives.

I'm not sure Apple gets sued any more than the other big guys, and they bring 
their own share of law suits. Sounds to me like people are just feeling sorry 
for Apple. Remember, no one has provided any evidence that this product was 
dropped due to law suits, and the fact that it was delayed would indicate 
issues with supplies, quality or other technical difficulties.
