It is called Voice Dream Scanner (3 words) and while I only just purchased it, it seems people who have tested it so far seem to think it is better than KNFB Reader and also better than Seeing AI from Microsoft which doesn’t have a batch mode for scanning multiple pages.

I am in the UK, and i found it just fine. If you can’t find it, then just look for voice dream reader, the double tap on it, and swipe, until you get to more by this developer, and you will find it.
