The one good thing the Pen Friend has going for itself is the small size of the labels. I rarely use mine and really should sell it, I find it way to inconvenient to get the Pen Friend and then to scan all my spice containers, if they have a braille label I can do it in half the time or less especially since I love spices and have about 40 spice containers. I actually just bit the bullet and ordered one of the 6-dot braille labelers from LoganTech since I don’t have a Perkins any more and really don’t use braille for anything except labels. The little plastic Dymo gadgets with the wheel you can turn are way to tedious and I can easily justify this investment as a business expense.
