I have used the Bank of America iPhone app for many years, and they have really screwed it up within the last few months. You have to scroll down to see the list of payees, and paying bills and other transactions with this app are now more complicated. I've finally gotten it to work now, though.

Flicking with one finger doesn't move beyond the first screen with VoiceOver, so you do have to do the three finger swipe to scroll the screen. The good news is that you can now do several payees at once, which I guess is progress. I think I'd prefer that the one finger flicks would continue through the list of payees.
