Hi, I have blocked some calls that I didn’t know the person. They can call back, and if they leave a voice mail, it will go in to blocked messages. I had to go in to my blocked messages and clear them, or delete them. Hopefully I didn’t confuse you. Verizon is our carrier. They helped us figure it out, and from time to time, we still have to go in and clear our blocked voicemail, even though we don’t get the calls because they have been blocked.
