HI all,

 

We recently resub scribed to  Pureflix which is a family streaming service
similar to Netflix. In the past, the app on the iPhone, iPad, and apple TV
have been accessible.  Now, it seems that none of the apps are accessible.
The Web site is still partially accessible, but that is not ideal for us to
watch the content.

 

My reasons for writing are twofold.

 

First, I would like to know if others on the list who subscribe to Pureflix
have noticed these issues and if there are any workarounds that we haven't
thought of, although I am pretty sure the answer to this question is no.
Still, it never hurts to ask.

 

Second, I would like to appeal to other Pureflix subscribers or those
interested in Pureflix to please join me in e-mailing them expressing the
wish to have their apps be accessible once again.

 

The issues we are having are these.  On the Apple TV app, we can't even get
logged in.  On the iPhone and iPad, we can get logged in, but though the
headers read, the actual names of shows or movies are not read, and
Voiceover just says the word "series" over and over again.
