As Richard said, I really don't do a lot with bookmarks and in addition, I only have one iDevice, an iPhone 8, so I know nothing about syncing among devices. I will say the couple of times I've replaced my iPhone and restored my encrypted iTunes backup to my new iPhone, everything I had in Voice Dream Reader came to the new device.
