Is this an iPad one or 2? I'm not sure, but if it cannot be updated to a more recent iOS, perhaps Jonathan Mosen's book iOS without the Eye for iOS 9 could still be available. Perhaps turning on Braille input within the VoiceOver settings would work. Braille on an iPad could be tricky, but give it a shot if it is there under rotor settings. Good luck, Richard
