I am assuming that you have an iPhone. Try going into settings and turn on Airplane mode, then try deleting your voice mail. I had that problem a few weeks back and that did it for me. I don’t remember where I heard it but that solution allowed me to remove the voice mail messages from my phone. Remember when you are done to turn airplane mode back off.
