Hi Jim, Ootunes recordings aren't saved anywhere other than backups, and of course in the app itself. This is the case for all other radio apps on iOS that I am aware of. This means that you are not really meant to transfer them to your computer.
You can use a program such as iPhone Backup Extractor to read iPhone backups and extract files from them, including recordings from Ootunes. But there is no official way to do so.
