Howdy, I currently have an iPhone 7, and it's worked well since I first got it 2.5 years ago. However, lately, I seem to be having an issue with some of the sounds. I notice the ringer sound volume gets turned down a lot, and I'm not one who normally plays with the sound volume of something. I always go into the sound settings and find it is set much lower than what I want. Second, the email and message sounds are quite low. I figured I could simply fix that by also going to the sound settings and put everything at 100%. Something's still not right. Any idea what could be going on? Thanks. Jim
