I am using an SE iPhone and I updated to 12.3. I always before could flick up with one finger to go from page two to three, to close an app, to flick right to add an item to a cart (or up and down) in Instacart, to go into edit mode to initiate a drag session in order to move an app etc. Now when I try it's like the focus shifts and it bounces to another app or portion of the screen. Any help is appreciated. It was working fine yesterday and I just noticed this behaviour today.
