When you get your phone set up, make sure you have something to write with, to write how your name and password details are being filled in. Having something so new to you, the last thing you need is any confusion, it's so important to write all your information down. You wouldn't want the confusion like I had, they asked me how I spell my last name. After I told them how to spell my last name They actually spelled my last name wrong. So make sure they confirm to you what they are filling in. We were so knew to the phones and when we asked if they would help correct it, they said they weren't responsible for it, and we'd have to find our own way to get it done. That's nothing you want to hear when you're really new to something. So we went to another t-mobile store and they straightened some of it out, and we're getting the rest of it done since we know more of what we're doing now.
