HI All,
I spent over an hour with Apple Accessibility trying to turn on Face ID for the
iTunes-app store, as I always had it enabled, but when I go to the app store,
face id doesn't request for face id. Apple and I tried several times to enable
this face id by entering and entering turning on face id in the face id options
under settings. I've signed out of iTunes-app store, signing back in,
restarting the phone. Apple is thinking this must be some kind of glitch, but
not for sure yet. Does anyone have ideas how to turn on the face id for
iTunes-app store? I also have face id set up so when I open my email, but face
id once again is not asking for face id, it just opens!
Thank you all.
Janet.

Peace Be With You.
