Hi Joshua, Sorry the touch typing didn't work for you. I think I moved to it fairly quickly after getting my first iPhone but I realize we're all different when it comes to what works best for us. I suspect you'll find touch typing much faster for input after you get more familiar with standard typing. I hope the download of the phone software and the setup process goes much better the second time around.
