Hi to all. I can use my phone again. I would have liked to download a serri voice, but my phone said no network when I tried connecting to my wifi network. I did get the correct password for my network when I set up that part of the phone with the apple support guy. I have a new passcode that I can type in. If I go to the verizon store, I'll get someone there to help me get my phone set up with Icloud and getting in my apple ID correctly entered.
