Trust me, if a sighted person knows anything about the iPhones they can very
easily turn off the Screen Curtain, and they can most definitely find
settings, as this seems to be one of the first things blind or sighted
people learn about is the settings app.

My husband gets so mixed up about touching icon, then double tapping. Then
with Screen Curtain on to - forget it. A sighted person is completely blind,
can't do anything with it at all, can't see how to get to settings.

Josh, I did not put a password in my iPhone. If you can get it off, keep
screen curtain on, and with VoiceOver on, my husband says a sighted person
could not use the thing, if they got it.

Hi to all. How do I unsubscribe from this list. I never should have gotten
an iPhone in the first place. I don't want to take the time to learn how to
type on the stupid keyboard on the screen. I hate the idea of having to
type in my apple ID when I want to download an app.
Stupid security. My flip phone was so much easier. I could just turn it on
and it would power up and away I would go. No having to type in my stupid
pass code to unlock my phone. I never should have let that article I read
about seeing AI influence my decision to get an iPhone.
On Monday I'm contacting apple to see about getting it returned and most of
my money back. With apple care and the cost of my phone, I spent almost
$1000. I could have bought a great desktop computer for that much money and
it has a real keyboard on it.
