I still use that method. Call me strange, but the touch typing mode seems
counterintuitive. I am used to typing where you push down on the key you
want instead of lifting away from it. In the standard typing mode, I often
use "split tap" When u find the key you want, keep your finger on it.
Then, use another finger to tap once. Somehow that method, especially in
the beginning seemed to help me keep my orientation.

You also have the option of flicking to the right and double tapping on the
number you want, if the touch and lift method isn't perfected quite yet for
you. The flick gesture is the most basic one, like tab and shift tab on the
computer. Also, if you can, have someone help you load the Looktel Voiceover
tutorial app so you can practice the various gestures.

the default method. Well, now I'm having loads of trouble entering in
my passcode correctly. I keep disabling my iPhone for fifteen
minutes. I'm afraid if I do this to much, I'll mess up my phone.
