I just read that the new iOS 13 SIRI voices are completely synthetic without using human speech recordings which are then broken down into pieces which are put back together. Apparently this is going to result in a much superior SIRI voice quality from before when this lady (I recently listened to the interview) spend month and month reading out sentences and words and stuff which Apple then used to make the first SIRI voice.
