I would think that a sighted user would want to see what they are
photographing. So, this does sound like something pretty stupid on chpple's
part since Siri shortcuts are not just for the blind.
But, it is the end of a Monday, so maybe I'm just being extra cranky, but this
strikes me as something obvious they missed.

Hi Siegard and Richard:

Well, I got the ‘take a picture’ to work, but when you activate the shortcut,
there is no frame showing what you are taking a picture of. There is just
writing on the screen with Siri doing the countdown. If I open the camera app
and see what it is looking at, the shortcut will not work unless I hold down
the home button to summon Siri. I was hoping for a hands free way to have
someone hold the phone and get the picture in the correct configuration, and
then I could just say ‘take a picture’.

I can’t understand why you can’t see what you are taking a picture of when you
say ‘hey Siri take a picture.

In any case, I think a blue tooth shutter is the only way the person with the
camera can take a hands free picture.

If you have any other ideas, let me know. Thanks for all your help with this.
