Hello Lyne, As far as I know, there is not a direct way to send your PC web browser's bookmarks to Safari in iOS/Mac OS unless you install a compatible browser on both systems.
However, were I you I would: (These are the broad strokes, only.) 1. Enable iCloud drive on my PC. 2. >From within my PC web browser, I would export my bookmarks to an HTML file. 3. >From my PC, I would copy the exported file to iCloud drive. 4. In iOS I would open the Files app. 5. I would locate the newly saved exported file and simply open it. Hope this helps.
