Interesting! I wonder how you chose the language? I'll try that. I was
going to try a search, but you beat me to it. Thanks ever so much for your
help. Take care.

  Hi Kay,

A google search told me that you can reset the Bose by powering them on
and holding down the volume down and multifunction button for ten seconds.
The SoundWare should then prompt you to choose a language. I am assuming
that a factory reset would clear the Bluetooth pairing list.

    Hi Robert,
I know how to forget the Soundware but I will probably have to call tech
support for that. I am going to sell them but didn't think the new owner
needs to hear "connecting to Kay's iPhone or my IRA controller. Thanks and
take care.

      Hi Kay,

I don’t remember the command but I know I have seen a reset command
for the SoundWare. Bose tech support should be able to provide it for you.

On the iPhone side, you can go to Bluetooth and choose the more option
after SoundWare and tell the phone to forget the device.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the Bose SoundWear
forget devices that it has connected with in the past? Like my iPhone for
example? Any ideas? Thanks much.
