The only method I use now is once you have focus on the icon, flick up or down to Edit, double tap, then flick down to Drag item. Double tap. Switch to your home screen, touch the icon next to where you want it, flick up or down to drop Voice Memos before or after the icon you are on and double tap. HTH,
