The yahoo Fantasy app is completely accessible with Voiceover. Every aspect, including live draft is completely usable by a blind person. I am currently in an FF league on Yahoo, and have done fantasy football, baseball, and basketball leagues with the yahoo Fantasy app. In fact, I wanted to do basketball last season and couldn't find any friends who wanted to do it with me, so I joined a public league on Yahoo and had no issues.
It's by far the best fantasy experience for a blind person.
