Here's an option that might work for you. With my iPhone 8 and my Verizon carrier If I have Siri call my own phone number, my voice mail comes up. I enter my password for my voice mail and when I begin to listen to the voice mail I want, I just move my phone away from my ear as normal and it goes to speaker mode. Good luck.
