Hi Kevin,

The scrolling gestures will help. Flick up with three fingers to move down the 
list in larger chunks. On the braille display, press Space with dots 1456 to 
perform this gesture, or on a Focus, press the left rocker switch down.

Space with dots 123 takes you to the top of the screen, and Space with dots 456 
takes you to the bottom. I would suggest pressing Space with K to open Help and 
pressing the buttons and trying various keyboard gestures to learn what they 
do. You can also see all available commands and assign keys to ones you are 
interested in by opening VoiceOver Settings, choosing Braille, then the More 
Info button for your display, then Commands. there's also a link to braille 
display commands in the iPhone user guide, which is available free from the 
Apple Bookstore.
