Hi Vicki,

Probably the easiest thing to do is copy the folder on your computer to your 
desktop or somewhere where you can find it. Once your Internet service is back 
to normal, if the folder is deleted from Dropbox, copy it back.

If that doesn't work, you can restore folders through the website. The last 
time I tried to restore a file, which was a few weeks ago, the process was not 
completely accessible, unfortunately. But with a bit of sighted help, you 
should be able to go to
www.dropbox.com <http://www.dropbox.com/>
log in if you are asked to, and restore the folder.
