If it is your page, you have an email address or Facebook txt address to do so. If it is someone elses page, you need to go to their page and swipe down till you find the write post button. Double tap that and a text field will appear. Write your post and tap the post button, usually top near the right hand side. If it isn't there, it is above the zero. Not sure why it moves when your post is first in the list. If you are commenting on another's post, or adding a comment, the post or send button is above the zero.
