I have a new iPhone XR and I have noticed it say 5G. I know the iPhone cannot support 5G yet, and according to Apple Accessibility, it is saying the strength of the nearby network. However, it was different. I had an issue yesterday where the SIM card was out of place and my status bar said, "Cellular, no signal". Once I got it fixed, I found several messages and a couple of voicemails that I had missed.
