Well, Larry, that sounds like the standard DVD menu structure. Most can not be played by a blind person because you have to be able to see the menu options. Though, if you have that magical audio button, maybe that will work. I did find it on the PBS Video app, finally, after signing in with my user name and password. As a sustaining member; I'm supposed to have access to lots of material. But, the app is nothing close to accessible, though I managed to stumble on it. Now, to find the time .... Later,
