I have 13.1.2, and after a marathon conversation with a shut-in friend, I lost VoiceOver, had a time of it before getting it back.
I've been busy this morning, but hope to have tine to call Apple Accessibiity about it and to get help with one other thing I want to do with my phone. However, I have an iPhone XR and have my wired earbuds connected, and have lost speech on phone calls. It doesn't happen all of the time, but it does happen. I have even notice it happening when hanging up from an Aira call. It happened yesterday to me when I was in an iPhone class of all things, but I got speech back fairly quickly and was able to go on with the class. This has happened in 13.1 and 13.1.1. I updated to 13.1.2 last night so am hoping for different results but wouldn't be surprised to see it happen again.
