I have come across this index in Apple Music as well. So far, I have put a finger toward the top of the screen, such as when accessing search results, and that will put my focus near the album cover, where I can flick right to review the content. Are these indexes like the other indexes elsewhere in iOS 13, where you flick up/down to move through the list of items?
