It is that, and Jessica at Apple Accessibility told me they'd received a lot of calls about it. She documented mine, because she said that the more calls they received, the more attention it would draw to the problem.

Having said all this, I made at least 6 or 8 calls y yesterday and this hasn't once. This is after I tried a few calls as I said where I had a book playing and also after I did a couple of hard resets the day before when it did happen.
