Hello Christina, As I have not yet encountered this issue, and therefore cannot rap my mind around it, all I can suggest is that you and anyone who has had this problem, contact Twitter via a Tweet @TwitterSupport, on the web at help.twitter.com, and/or by posting your comments in the App Store.
