I can place a call using whatsapp both from the app and from my contacts list, but for some reason nothing worked when the call was incoming, it was as though the screen had frozen. Any idea what may have happened and the best way to work around it? I have not downloaded the new IOS, and I am using an IPhone 8. As ever any advice or help would be most welcome.
