I use a Google Calendar that is synchronized to my PC in Outlook and to Fantastical and VO Calendar in my iPhone XR. Fantastical is great for inserting appointments because you can do it all on one line of text, however VO Calendar is great for looking at each day or week at a glance. Oh, and the other way I add to and check my calendar is through either Alexa or the Google Assistant. In fact, I likely use Alexa and G A for most of my appointment insertions and checks.
