Is this done with Bluetooth on? -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of regina alvarado Sent: Saturday, November 2, 2019 6:22 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Pairing with Bluetooth.
Carolyn, Don't unpair and re-pair. Go to audio in accessibility, and it should show toward the bottom sound to right and sound to left, not sure of the words but it is obvious. Toggle both of these, and after toggling off and back on the sound effects are back where they should be. This is at least what happened with my aids. Hope it happens for you also. I will check the words and send the correct ones back. Didn't want to lose the email. Give me a couple minutes. Eventually I have been able to re-pair the aids to the phone. I have a case with Apple the problem is that when I stop using BO or hang up from calls my aids take about 2 minutes to return to normal use so I can hear properly The noise around me. I believe the problem is in the bluetooth as I can not pair a digital tool via bluetooth to my phone. I have been able to do all these things till IOS 13. Frankly I am not a happy camper at the moment. I have expensive hearing aids and a relatively expensive tool, neither I can use to there full potential. Are your hearing aids Made for iPhone? If so I probably be able to help.
