I use touch typing and was able to enter my passcode easily. The iPHONE was upside down in my pocket and I simply dragged my finger to the right digit and then lifted my finger to enter it. I did this for each number in my passcode and the iPHONE then unlocked. There's no way to unlock it with your voice so you can't have it completely hands-free. Once the iPHONE is unlocked, you can then return it to your pocket and use it hands-free. You'd want to turn off the auto-lock feature so id didn't lock on you after too much inactivity. Also, don't forget that it's possible to make and receive calls and do other things with Siri even if the iPHONE is locked presuming your security settings allow for this. Voice Control might extend the possibilities quite a bit.
