Your I.T. department needs to set it up so that your shared Outlook Email also has contacts. I work for the State and we have to have the I.T. folks set up that sort of stuff.

Hello all, A question unrelated to IOS v13. Thomas (anonymouse) from Applevis did a demo of Outlook for IOS a few months ago and he talked about having four tabs at the bottom of the screen (email, search, calendar, people). People equals contacts. I have Outlook on my iPhone XR. For security reasons faculty and staff at our university cannot use IOS email client, which nicely ports your contacts from Outlook for Windows. My primary issue is that my contacts on my iPhone and Windows do not sync properly. Some are only on my phone and some only on my Windows machine. Thoughts ideas?
