I think it just goes to show a lot of those Apple reps really don't know enough about voice over! I probably should search online how to clean the front ear speaker, because the rep at the Apple store didn't do anything to it, and maybe that should be cleaned as well. If the bottom speaker can get dust in it, I would think the front ear speaker could also get dust in it! The Apple store rep said it probably got dusty from putting it in my purse and removing it, and after a year, I guess it can happen, but if it happened to the bottom speaker, it can happen to the front speaker!
