I'm not sure about IOS, but you can definitely change it on your google
devices including home devices. Type in Issa Rae in you tube and you'll
hear a short video.

I'm not sure how they do it, but Google uses some celebrity voices
with their assistant. the one I use is Issa Rea. It's actually cool.

I know some of the voices for Voiceover are samples of real
people. I’d like to know if I can get this done with my
Girlfriend’s voice? I’d rather have her synthetic voice talk to me
