I am not really clear on your question. Siri uses your contacts in the contacts app. If you have something in the Company field and ask Siri to call that, nothing will happen as Siri isn't smart enough to use the Company field. So, if you have businesses in your contacts, put that name in the Last Name field so it will be alphabetized by that name.
